January was an exciting month for us here, as we were voted best-performing ISP in the country by Internet Magazine and are now featured in their Top Hosts section. We also launched our new website in January and have been very gratified by the positive comments received from both new and existing customers. Please do continue to let us know what you think works well, or not, as your comments and suggestions will largely govern the future development of the site.

Virus attacks continue across the internet too, with the MyDoom A virus proving especially problematic and Skymarket now has a live feed from the Sophos site to provide a diagnostic/purge tool for users which you can find here. Finally, our new ControlCentre is straining at the leash and we hope to have it released in the next few weeks. Screenshots from the new control panel can be viewed here and we expect it to revolutionise the way customers control their internet services.

We at Skymarket will continue to support your businesses and internet requirements with a professional attitude but we hope to retain the personal touch that is becoming less evident as our industry increases its levels of automation.
